Returns
Please reach out to us at zarkcore1@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include the following in your email:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue (if applicable)
What Happens Next?
We aim to process all requests within 7 working days.
If your return or refund request is approved:
- Our customer support team will provide you with the correct return address and instructions
Returns sent without prior confirmation may not be accepted.
Zarkcore does not accept unconfirmed returns.
Returned Items
All returned items must be:
We do not accept:
- Worn items
- Stained or damaged products
- Altered items
Return Shipping
Return shipping is free of cost.
Refunds
If your refund request is approved:
- The amount will be returned to your original payment method
- A small
handling fee may be deducted
from the total refund
Non-Returnable Items
Our return policy applies to most items, but the following cannot be returned:
- Hygiene products (underwear, socks, swimsuits, etc.)
- Sample items
- Deliberately damaged items
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Items correctly produced as per provided designs but no longer wanted
- Items delayed due to incorrect information provided by the customer
If the delay is caused by incorrect information provided by the customer (such as an incorrect shipping address), no refund will be issued.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled and fully refunded while they are in the "In Review" status.
To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team.
Late Shipping Compensation
Small Orders
- Production time:
7–8 working days
- Orders will be shipped by the
9th working day
If you have not received any shipping or tracking information by the end of the 8th day:
- You may receive up to
10% of your order value as compensation
Bulk Orders
- Production time:
7–15 working days
- Orders will be shipped by the
16th working day
If you have not received any shipping or tracking information by the end of the 16th day:

This compensation is not applicable if the delay is caused due to changes or issues from the customer’s side.
Claims & Requests Timeline
- Misprinted / damaged / defective items must be reported within
7 days of delivery
- Lost packages must be reported within
7 days after the estimated delivery date
